I get asked about Hormone Balancing herbs a lot!
Herbs are fantastic at helping women regulate their hormones, but there are so many other factors that come into play too, such as stress management, circadian rhythm and eating right for your body type. Our body works in a very complex yet systematic manner. Whilst addressing all of the factors is important, today I will be writing about some herbs that can assist you in balancing your hormones alongside a healthy diet & lifestyle.
Too often our hormones are out of balance and we desire a natural route to bring the body back into homeostasis. Herbs are a great option when it comes to maintaining hormonal balance in the body. Remember, even though herbs are natural, they can be very powerful & I suggest working with a qualified professional.
