Harmony's life motto is to  “Live an Inspired Life”. The word Inspire means “In-Spirit”, to live an inspired life simply means to live in your true spirit. When you live in spirit (an inspired life) you let your light shine, you feel completely aligned with your mind~body. My Story:

I have invested in both 1000's of hrs and dollars into my own personal development and training so that I can offer my students/clients my best self as a mentor, teacher &/or practitioner. 

Through my own personal experiences of anxiety, IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome), hormonal imbalance, running multiple business whilst working as a nurse and caring for my twin Son's I turned to the principles of Yoga, Ayurveda & Pilates to help me achieve more balance in my life and minimise my health related symptoms. 

I have tried and tested this method and that is why I wholeheartedly believe in its power to heal both the mind & body. 

Looking back I can see clearly that I suffered with 'Rushing Women's Syndrome', striving to kick the next goal, running my own business (HIActive.wear), working as a nurse, teaching multiple classes all over town, living off coffee to get all of the job's done whilst looking after the kids - trying to be their 'supermum' & finding time to connect with the husband... then falling in an exhausted heap at the end of the day all too many times.

My mind was scattered (vata imbalance) and if I was honest with myself every job was only half done because I was never really present in any one moment. I was berating myself for struggling to get 'it all done'.

I had conflicting negative self talk sneaking up on me, my anxiety was hitting an all time high and my stress levels were not healthy.

My belly was constantly bloated and cramping, I suffered with leaky gut & IBS. Despite numerous visits to the doctor, Gastroenterologist and dietician it did not seem to subside until I took a step back and took charge of my emotional, physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.

Our gut health is so important as it is the foundation & "Guts" of our inner health, mental clarity and our outer health. We have a large amount of serotonin in our guts and "gut issues" can cause great disharmony in the rest of our body and mind. Lifestyle stress in our modern world also plays a large part in "triggering" these common gut issues. I let the stress of "life" rule me for far to long! 

My Passion:

My passion is helping others to live a more balance and inspired life using a method that I know works & dates back more than 5000 yrs ago ... Ayurveda & Integrative Health "it is the science of life".  

I combind the principles of Ayurveda, functional medicine, modern science, yoga & pilates to achieve optimal health and get to the root cause of dis-ease. 

I created my own signature Mind~Body Reset Program  for people just like you, just like me, inspired students, busy mothers, female boss babes & women who are looking to get more out of their life, their health & their overall wellbeing.

This program is NOT a one time transformational program, it is a lifestyle transformation where you will learn to live your most inspired life, find clarity & peace of mind, train both inner & physical strength, take control of your health, maintain a health weight, balance your hormones naturally which will in turn give you a radiant complexion, eat right for your body type (dosha), discover what your unique constitution is & learn how to balance your individual dosha to achieve glowing vitality & allow your true spirit to shine.
