My Story

Through my practice as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I specialise in women’s hormonal imbalances, digestive health, and weight management. Beyond my professional experience and qualifications, I’ve invested thousands of hours into personal development and training so I can be the best practitioner, teacher, and mentor I can be.

Before I discovered Ayurveda and Integrative Health, my life was on a constant fast-forward. Whilst we encourage everyone to make time to come to the fortnightly Ayurveda embodiment calls and guest expert teachings we understand that life can get in the way. Even if you can not make the call we give you the opportunity to submit your questions for the call so that we can still answer your question even if you can’t make it live, you can then watch the replay.
