Sarah is an accredited grey area drinking coach, who previously identified as having a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol which was impacting my mental health, self-esteem, confidence, weight, hormones and general happiness.Sarah has now been 2 yrs sober. Her sobriety success and passion to help other women lead to her setting up a community in Facebook 8 months ago and now has 3400 women globally supporting each other mostly in the area of grey area drinking. She runs alcohol-free challenges and works 1:1 with women looking to change their relationship with alcohol, reconnect to themselves and create a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
Through her work Sarah has been interviewed in the Sunday times, ABC news, mamamia, take a break magazine, many podcasts, front page of over 5 local papers in WA
