Lisa Mase’ (pronounced Leeza Mah-zay) is a non-binary nutritionist, herbalist, food sovereignty activist, and parent. Lisa is passionate about ancestral foods, intuitive eating, cooking culturally appropriate foods, walking in the woods, and writing poetry. She speaks six languages and is inspired daily by her clients and students. She was born and raised in Italy where she learned the time-honored traditions of cultivating wellness with folk herbalism, local, seasonal food, and ancestral healing.
