Cancellation Policy
Regarding the cancellation policy, we want to be transparent with you. As a policy, we don’t offer refunds or cancellations for our retreats as our numbers are strictly limited and this can make it very difficult if people cancel last minute. A lot of preparation and catering goes into providing the best experience possible.
However, we do allow ticket transfers. If unforeseen circumstances arise. You have the option to gift or sell your ticket to someone else who might benefit from this incredible experience. If this is the case, please let us know the person’s details and we will transfer the ticket over.
